How much do Property Guard Partners earn per referral?
Property Guard Partners earn $300 per qualified referral for their first 10. Preferred Partners (11–20) earn $400, and Elite Partners (21+) earn $500. Elite Partners must maintain at least 5 qualified referrals per month to keep the $500 level.
When do I actually get paid?
Rewards are released only after CTC collects payment from the service partner. That protects everyone. Once released, payouts run on the last day of each month.
Do I have to stop doing the repair work?
No. If the homeowner wants you to finish the repair, great. If the damage is larger than a quick fix, CTC helps them document, route, and fund the full restoration — and you still earn the reward.
What if the referral doesn't qualify?
You are paid on qualified, converted referrals. There is no cost to join the Partner Network and no penalty for referrals that don't move forward.
What do I need to start?
A valid business or industry email, a W-9 on file before your first payout, and a commitment to only send referrals where the homeowner expects our call.
